	Clubhouse The clubhouse is available to all owners. It includes a TV, internet access and a full kitchen. The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal are available January – April. If you wish to host a meal, there are three tables with four chairs each or you can ask our property manager to set up banquet tables for a larger group. We recommend that groups not exceed 25. 	Pool and Sauna Our pool is available to owners from 7 am until 9 pm when it is uncovered. The pool is covered when the temperature falls below 65 degrees. The pool uses “salt” water and is serviced Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from about 7:45 until 9:00 AM. A sauna is available for use while the pool is open. There are also bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a variety of pool toys for children. Click here for information and rules about the pool and sauna.
	Kayaks While South Passage does not have any kayaks for use by owners, many owners do own kayaks. The Association provides storage racks for kayaks and some owners have put “kayak platforms” at their docks.
	Waterfront Access Each unit at South Passage was assigned a dock for one boat by the developer. As members of the Moorings Property Owners Association, we have access to the ocean and two Tiki huts. Ocean access is off Reef Road and is about a 20 minute walk.
